If I can create a fantasy-land, not only that street lamps would be hot pink crystal chandeliers and pavements would be covered in huge chunks glitter confettis, everyone would be dressed in her creations -couture in whole nother level.

It might not be practical, yes. But after all it's fantasy, why should it be?

Glammed up stilts for shoes, bejewelled dresses that reminds you of broken sugar candies, origami-ish gowns, everyone would be like a walking cirque du soleil -a production on their own.
