My wardrobe: black & white

I love, love, love basic pieces! They're the most fun to play around, dress them up/down.
A LBD, a tailored blazer, a pair  of flats and in this case, a classic white shirt and a pair of black leggings.

To edge out the look a bit, I opted for a pair of wet look leggings I got from American Apparel.


I can't remember how much were the leggings exactly but they came close to £40 which I thought were TOO much for what they are. One of the many pieces where I just closed my eyes and paid.

Two years on and after a gazillion of wear, I sure got a run for my money.

At 5"7, wearing this pair of heels makes me feel like I'm 7ft! With it's 5 inches heels thinner than a pencil and an inch of a platform, this is the ONLY pair of shoes I have which would make me wish myself "Good luck" before I walk out the front door. I don't feel safe in them. Lol!
