I'll be old, it will still be new: Chanel clutch

This is probably one, if not the smallest bad I own yet, I love it to pieces!
It's very simple and chic which like any other Chanel classics, can stand the test of time.

Why not the a Chanel flap bag? 
Why choose this and compromise room when it only has enough to hold a Blackberry and a lip gloss?

I guess the answer is in the material, I like the hard/canvass-ish monogram fabric & the thin chain handle which can be detached. It can dress up an outfit easily without the high maintenance aspect of a calf's skin glossy, hard leather -I guess it's a love, hate thing for me. I love them until I find a scratch.

Since bags like this are like an investment, I can't afford or I can't justify to have them sit in the bag cupboard once I fell out of love.

P.s: I can say I see myself still strutting this when I'm 80, walking through a hallway of a nursing home to the cafeteria for tea time. That's if I even reach 80.
